Hydra Veil Primer
This primer is highly recommended to all skin types, especially for dry skin. The texture is very unique, not like ordinary primers, this primer is a gel form and it kind of melts when you blend it onto your face. It smooths your skin immediately and it delivers a long lasting hydration to your skin whilst making the makeup application so much easier and smoother. Not only is it hydrating, it also prevents your foundation from caking! Absolutely love this product, which is definitely one of my favourite primers.
Illamasqua Precision Gel Liner Infinity & Illamasqua Fine Eyeliner Brush with Cover
I have used a couple of eyeliner gels before and I never really liked any of them. This is because a lot of gel liners I have used were not long lasting and I always ended up with those smudged lines and looked like a panda! But this one is totally different, it makes me fall in love with gel liner. I'm not joking, this is exactly how much I love this product. This gel liner can even be used for inner eye line, it does not smudge at all! I can wear it all day long and still look fresh at the end of the day.
The Fine Liner Brush & Cover is also super recommended! It is super easy to control which gives you that perfect, precise, smooth eyeliner look. This and the Precision Gel Liner Infinity make a perfect combination for creating the perfect wing eye liner effortlessly in no time. The most amazing thing about this is that you can extend the length of the brush with the cover, making it even easier to apply!
Illamasqua Contouring Gel Sculpt
I was a bit shocked when I opened this product. The colour was really dark and I thought it wouldn't fit my skin tone. But, I was wrong. When this product is applied onto skin, it actually doesn't look as dark. Finding a perfect contour shade isn't really as simple as you think. Not only do we need to consider the shade of the contour, we also need to consider the underneath tone of it. Some contouring products have a warm undertone, that goes well with warm skin tone, obviously a cold undertone goes well with cold skin tone. However, sometimes, the undertone might be too overwhelming, making the makeup look unnatural. This Illamasqua Contouring Gel Sculpt, however though, has the perfect tone and shade for me (I have a neutral skin tone). It looks super natural on my skin and it is very easy to blend, making my face feature more stand out and more defined. Ohh, it also has a very mild scent, which is very lovely.
Illamasqua Masquara Raven
This lovely mascara from Illamasqua gives an awesome result to your lashes that literally open up your eyes straight away. It makes your eye lashes look significantly fuller and longer. However, I would only give this product a 7 out of 10. Although this mascara gives an amazing result to the eyelashes, it smudges after a couple of hours.
Illamasqua Antimatter Lipstick - Bang
Illamasqua is very well known for its highly pigmented lipsticks, and I have been long waiting to try one myself. This lovely lipstick is an absolute beaut. The colour is totally my go to colour. I would say this is the perfect shade for Autumn/ Winter. It is super pigmented, only one layer of the lipstick is needed! However, I personally think that the texture is a bit dry (still much better than a lot of other matte lipsticks!), as I have very dry lips. Even though the texture may not be a 10 out of 10, I still love this lipstick so much!
