Dermalogica's precleanse is a must have for your daily skin care routine. I was surprised to see how fast it lifted my makeup, especially as I wear full coverage makeup on a daily basis. It gives a nice clean feeling before you even cleanse, and it's incredibly gentle on sensitive skin. Now, my cleanser is much more effective after using the precleanse. Very satisfied with this product, and I would certainly recommend it.

I always used a single cleansing product. But since I was recommended pre cleanse my skin has massively improved in terms of spots. It's a light oil which you use neat on your face ,add a little water and the makeup and dirt from the day is all shifted. Then when you use your normal cleanser it really can give you the benefit. It's a little pricey but lasts ages and is worth the investment.

I could never understand the point of a "Pre-Cleanse" until I tried this. Now, I wouldn't be without it. It quickly and easily dissolves all makeup, including even waterproof mascara, so when you then use your usual products you need a lot less. At the end of a late night, when I'm feeling particularly tired or lazy, I can just use it quickly on its own, so at least I know that I have removed most of my makeup before bed!

Having spent more money than I care to mention on expensive face products I finally found this gem. I would describe my skin as dry, prone to the odd hormonal break out and on the wrong side of 30! I also wear full coverage make up daily. This pre-cleanse oil has been a god send to my skin. I use it twice daily - on bare skin when I wake up and it really wakes up your skin and provides a smooth base for your moisturiser and make up and at night when wearing a full face of make up I massage this fully into my skin, emulsify it (add a little water) and massage liberally. I find removing with warm water and a soft face cloth really makes the difference too. It removes every trace of makeup including water proof mascara. It is so gentle but effective and so kind to my skin especially when I have a breakout. Your skin feels so clean, soft and refreshed after use. A little goes a long way so a full size bottle should last months. You will NOT be disappointed, try it!

Had received a sample with previous dermalogica order. It's great for removing all traces of makeup and SPF. Nice smell too. Can't fault it. It's my go to product for first cleanse? A little goes a long way - 30 ml sample lasted 2 months.

I like the idea cleaning face in two steps. Using precleanser required a bit practising first but now it's part of my daily routine. My combination skin feels now cleaner after cleansing than it did before. I don't consider this product as a miracle maker but it is a good addition to cleaning routine. Dosing the right amount from bottle is quite difficult, usually I get too much. A pump would work much better.

I'm 34 and I am plagued with bad skin. As my skin is oily, I've always avoided products containing oil and wouldn't have touched this product until it was used during a facial and the therapist explained how it could help me. She said that oil attracts oil (think about oil on water and how it clumps together), and that it would help to draw impurities and the excess oil from my skin whilst leaving my skin moisturised. I've been using the product twice a day for almost a month and my skin has really cleared. I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin too. I massage a small amount into my skin, really concentrating on congested areas and then rinse with warm water. I then follow on with Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser. I thoroughly recommend this product. It's well worth the money and gives you a really deep cleanse without being harsh on your skin. If you have spotty, blemished skin, BUY BUY BUY!!

This Dermalogica Precleanse is excellent to use before any cleanser, especially in combination with fx dermalogica essential cleansing solutions. Also very good in combination before shaving before adding Dermalogica Daily scrub. In my opinion a must have, if you would like added benefits together with any of your cleanser. If you have oily or combination skin, you could use it before Dermalogica clearing skin wash.
