Takes the edge of those not so good days
Nothing really 'noticeable' as such but just turns a day when I'm feeling less than confident, a little down in the mouth into a day I get enjoyment out of. Definitely worth a repeat order!

Don't worry be happy
This Happy Molecule by Fountain has become an absolute favourite of mine. I don't take it every day (don't need to) but instead if I am under a lot of stress at work, going through a rough patch or simply if I get that feeling of being overwhelmed and losing control - you know that time of month feeling ;-) then I take a couple of spoonful (2x5ml) and it calms me almost immediately. I take it for a few days and I feel so much less worried about little things. The taste is okay for me (sort of underlying notes of pineapple I guess) but some people love it. I am not suggesting it is a miracle product or even that it will have the same effect on everybody but for me it really works and I would certainly recommend that you give it a try.
