Avoid this if you need to nap
I am someone that easily fall asleep anytime and anywhere I want. It is a gift or maybe a curse but there will be times where my overthinking brain will keep me awake and this bad boy here just makes sure that after a few minutes of landing your head on whatever surface you spray, you will wake up not realising you slept. And you will be awaken fresh. It is a problem when all I wanted is a nap or if I need to wake up at 6am or 7am but having slept at 3am or 4am. Buying more.

This smells like I'm in a spa! Definitely relaxing! Not sure if it really helps me sleep though... so far I haven't noticed any significant difference to my insomnia.

Love the scent and I do think it helped me to get better nights of sleep. However I found that I had to spritz my pillow a good couple of times before I was nicely enveloped in the soothing scent. Would be great if a concentrated version of this product could be sold!

I use this every single night, really helps to calm you after a long day. Would highly recommend if you like have difficulty sleeping or feeling quite stressed. Lavender smell is quite strong but not too overpowering.
