Make sure both your skin and the BEAR™ device are clean and dry. Then, apply the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum (not included) evenly across all areas of the face / neck you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.
Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ device on. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level. Access guided treatment videos and more settings via the FOREO app. To visibly tone and lift: Lightly press both metallic spheres to your skin, and slowly glide the device upward and outward across your cheekbones and forehead, around your mouth and over your jawline and neck, as desired.
Please Note: Microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 must be used with a conductive serum. For optimal results, use the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum 2.0 — developed specifically for use with FOREO’s microcurrent devices. Leave a thin, mask-like layer of FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum on skin, so the device can glide smoothly. If treating many areas in one session, you can apply the serum to each area before you use microcurrent on that area. Never use microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 on the midline bone of the neck, or within the orbital bone. Make sure that both microcurrent spheres are touching your skin during your treatment. Always glide the device in upward and outward motions, from the center of your face toward your hairline.

I love the effect and the massage patterns really add up to the value, my puffiness is gone and my face does look sculpted and toned up. I wish I had bought this device earlier, because it really has a lot to offer and I love that it is safe too.

Ohh, the variety of the features is the best! I love how I can combine different massage patterns and it really shows. Contoured without fillers or botox, a true dream comes true.

The time has come to deal with my fine lines, because they have started to show a lot and I have decided to buy this one because it is safe to use, but it was truly amazing that the results came in almost instantly. Of course, I'm aware that it takes consistency, but it is also a good thing that the treatment takes about two minutes (perfectly fits into my morning routine)
