Brilliant little tablets
I first bought these as a reduced item in my local Boots the Chemist. My hair has never been lustrous or even thick, so I thought I would give them a go, I tried them for two months and really noticed a difference. I have been using them ever since and not only can I see a difference other people often remark on the way my hair looks. I am really pleased with the results.

Brilliant buy
Taking these postnatal to prevent my hair from falling out in my previous pregnancy. They seem to be working well and they have kept my skin and nails as nice as they were in pregnancy.
